Daniel Nieves: I'm an Internet Sales Manager at Esserman International Volkswagen. I have been helping customers to their VW's here since January of 2010. However, I've been a VW fan since before I can remember. I like to pride myself on customer service, and love to see the look on a customer's face when they see their new Volkswagen roll out of the showroom.
